Hydro Stabiliser (HRS)

Our water-based polymer product is transforming the way we stabilise, bind, and waterproof natural in-situ gravels and soils—delivering unmatched performance with a green, cost-effective edge.

Empowering Communities: By providing affordable, high-performance road-building capabilities, it opens doors to improved connectivity and opportunity in areas that need it most.

Built for Tough Roads:  Perfect for the stabilisation of rugged terrains like rough roads and mine haul roads, this innovation ensures durability and reliability in the harshest conditions.

Dust Suppression:  Applied as a spray-on solution, it effectively controls dust, improving air quality and visibility.

Damming: For temporary dams, mixing HRS with soil and gravel provides a quick, convenient, and cost-effective solution.

Eco-Friendly & Cost-Effective:  Designed to create sustainable road and path infrastructure, it’s an ideal solution for remote and underserved regions across the globe.

Hydro Road

Stabiliser Uses

Roads and Paths

A fast, durable, and cost-effective way to build heavy-duty roads using in-situ gravels and soils, designed to withstand extreme loads and reduce maintenance costs.

Foundations

Enables the use of in-situ gravels and soils to form a strong and permanent foundation, suitable for a variety of surfaces including HR Asphalt, as well as roadways, gravel roads, and dirt or

soil-type roads

Temporary Damming

Dam construction stabilisation to required specifications, with or without geotextile matting, for everything from general use to hazardous material containment, such as mine tailings that must not be released into the environment.

Dust Suppression

HRS offers a quick and effective dust suppression solution, particularly in the mining industry, with a simple spray coat providing immediate results.

This video demonstrates the use of Hydro Road Stabiliser on a mine road in Zambia. The trucks operating on this road can weigh up to 400 tons, creating significant point loading on the surface. Additionally, the HRS road surface forms a waterproof barrier, protecting the road from degradation.
